What's Included?

The Diemers come supplied with all standard products and equipment such as a broom, mop, vacuum, duster, surface cleaners, window cleaners, bathroom cleaners, appliance cleaners etc.

What's Not Included?

Our cleaning services do not include:

• Steam or Shampooing equipment
• Specialty cleaning solutions (e.g. organic)
• The Diemer will not perform anything dangerous
• Parking cost

What You Can Expect From Us?

The Diemer will strive to provide an excellent and diligent service in the time ordered, from the highest to lowest priorities you set. 

What We Can Expect From You?

If the requirements are unreasonable to complete in the time period purchased, not everything desired would be completed unless the service is extended.  You will not ask us to do anything unsafe or unhygienic. We will not clean feces, vomit, pests, etc. You agree to pay a cancellation fee should you cancel within an hour from the start time, this amount is used to cover the Diemer's time, travel costs, and the opportunity cost.

**Any valuable or sensitive furniture that needs special cleaning materials or typical cleaning materials SHOULD NOT be applied to it must be clearly informed to the Diemer ahead of time. Please do this especially for furniture in common areas like living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Otherwise, you risk damage to that furniture, and Diem or the Diemer will not be held liable.

2 hour recommended for:
Regular cleaning of 500 sqft

3 hour recommended for:
Regular cleaning of 1000 sqft  -OR-
Deep cleaning of 500 sqft (if well-cleaned within 6 months)

4 hour recommended for: 
Regular cleaning of 2000 sqft -OR-
Deep cleaning of 1000 sqft (if well-cleaned within 6 months)

5 hour recommended for: 
Regular cleaning of 2500 sqft -OR-
Deep cleaning or 1500 sqft (if well-cleaned within 6 months)

6 hour recommended for: 
Regular cleaning of 3000 sqft -OR-
Deep cleaning of 2000 sqft (if well-cleaned within 6 months)

8 hour recommended for: 
Regular cleaning of 4000 sqft -OR-
Deep cleaning of 2500 sqft (if well-cleaned within 6 months)

10 hour recommended for: 
Regular cleaning of 5000 sqft -OR-
Deep cleaning of 3000 sqft (if well-cleaned within 6 months)

12 hour recommended for: 
Regular cleaning of 6000 sqft -OR-
Deep cleaning of 3500 sqft (if well-cleaned within 6 months)
