WHAT'S INCLUDED?

- The Diemer will perform simple yard work such as clearing debris and weed pulling. 

- The Diemer will work for the time ordered.

- The Diemer will bring gloves for waste removal.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

- The Diemer will not do gardening of any sort.

- The Diemer will not perform hedge trimming.

- The Diemer will not take any lawn debris or filled lawn bags with them.

- The Diemer will not perform any junk removal or move any junk. 

- The Diemer will not bring any tools/machinery.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US?

- The Diemer will strive to provide excellent and diligent service.

- The Diemer will rake and bag your lawn debris for the ordered time (as long as you provide the materials).

- The Diemer will bring their rake, gloves, and yard bags for waste removal.

- The Diemer will bag any lawn debris and leave the bag at your property (you must provide the bag).

WHAT WE CAN EXPECT FROM YOU?

- The Diemer can easily access your yard. 

- You will not ask the Diemer to do anything unsafe. 

- You are assuming liability in the case of possible damages.

- You will reimburse the Diemer for any parking tickets needed to access your home.
