General Plumbing includes hourly packages for a handyman-plumber to complete random or other tasks around your house. Choose this for a Hanyman-Plumber to complete Custom Jobs!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The Diemer will bring their tools to complete the job. This service includes a 7 day warranty period. In the event of a warranty claim, sufficient proof is required in the form of pictures and videos. Should a Diemer be sent and determine that the cause of the issue was not by the original person performing the services, additional charges will be applied for their time. Should the warranty claim be accepted and a refund is to be applied, any money returned will not exceed the cost of the order value.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

We do not provide any parts or materials needed for your job. We strongly recommend that you have the parts or materials ready prior to the arrival of the Diemer. If parts or materials are needed for your job, and if the Diemer is required to acquire them, or wait while you acquire them, the time will be billed at regular hourly rates plus applicable costs of the items purchased. The Diemer will not attempt to perform tasks that are unsafe, illegal, or against regional building and construction codes. Additional time for a Certified Plumber is $50 per half hour ($100/hour).

The Diemer will work quickly and diligently for the time package you purchase.

WHAT WE CAN EXPECT FROM YOU?

You will reimburse the Diemer for any materials or parking tickets needed to complete your job and access your home. Though the Diemer will aim to solve the issue, we cannot guarantee it and regardless if the issue is fixed or not, you are still required to pay fully because work still occurred.
